Cancellation terms and conditions for short-term bookings

If you need to cancel a booking or change the dates of a reservation, all requests must be made in writing to Homely Home. Submitted requests will only be valid if sent to the email address: reservas@homelyhome.es.

The cancellation terms and conditions stipulate a specific percentage of the payments that will be refunded depending on when the request for cancellation is received:

  • More than 30 days before check-in or 24 hours after a booking is made: 100%
  • Between 30 and 7 days before the check-in date: 50%
  • Less than 7 days before the check-in date: not applicable.

If Homely Home is obliged to modify the property initially booked by the client and indicated in the Booking Confirmation, the client shall be offered a new property of equal or greater value as a substitute or the option to cancel the booking and receive a complete refund of all payments made up to that date. In such cases the client has no right to make any further claims in these circumstances.
